Usage:

Bathing: Add a few drops for a heavenly comfortable feeling filled in the soothing aroma.

Massaging: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil apply to the skin. (Do not use the Essential Oil directly on the skin)

Air Purifying: Can be used with Diffusers, Air Fresheners, Air Purifiers, and Steaming. Drop a few drops of essential oil on the pillow or humidifier to release the fragrance

Inhaling: Drop 2-3 drops of essential oil on a tissue or handkerchief, take a deep breath 3 times, and inhale the essential oil before going to bed.
